Review of a Neighborhood Development Permit for Environmentally Sensitive Lands for a 1,643 sq ft addition to an existing single family residence in the RS-1-2 zone.
RECOMMENDED BY 5-0-0 VOTE: Members Bonn, Epley, Gottschalk, Sachs, and Scott present

Watson Residence - #4911- 1724 Washington Place – John Watson – Process 2 Neighborhood Development Permit for Environmentally Sensitive Lands for a 740 sq ft addition to an existing single family residence in the RS-1-1 and RS-1-7 zone. (Note: project not seen at January subcommittee meeting) 5 minute presentation, 10 minute discussion

b. Traffic Calming Measures at Ibis and University Avenue – Julio Fuentes –Discussion of other potential traffic calming measures for intersection currently slated for all-way stop sign. 5 minute presentation, 10 minute discussion

V. Sub-Committee Report – 5 minutes

A. Urban Design/Historic Resources, Alex Sachs, Chair
B. Community Plan Update, David Gardner, Chair
