a. Dickinson Residence (Process 2) – Jim Galvan – 15 minutes – Neighborhood Development Permit to add 589 square foot master suite to 1,460 square foot home at 1912 Linwood. Property is partially in steep slopes. Mission Hills

b. Parque Maple Condo Waiver – 1st and Maple (southwest corner) – Roger Marr – 10 minutes – Request for tentative map waiver for four under construction townhomes. Banker’s Hill.

c. Union Street Map Waiver – 2415-2421 Union Street – Betsy Dewitt – 10 minutes – Proposed map waiver for existing apartments. Banker’s Hill.

d. Smith Residence – 1748 West Arbor Drive – Scott Smith – 20 minutes – Site Development Permit (Environmentally Sensitive Lands) for proposed 1255 square foot, two story addition to existing single family residence on a 22,600 square foot lot. Proposed addition is on canyon side. Mission Hills.

a. 8th Avenue Townhomes – 3800 Block of 8th Avenue – Bruce Damann – 10 minutes –Design review on proposed ministerial townhome project in parking lot immediately south of parking lot for Bank of America. Hillcrest.

b. Factura Architects Townhome Project – 4025 (?) – 4027 1st Avenue (just north of Washington, Panda Express parking lot) – Kevin Pollem – 20 minutes – Preliminary design review on proposal to construct 8 townhomes on site of two Craftsman homes just south of Mayfair Homes project. Hillcrest.

c. Delalat Residence -- ? West Thorn – Arthur Lillian – 20 minutes – Proposed street vacation of paper street to enable construction of single family residence at end of paved street above commercial lot on India Street. Middletown.

d. Baransky Property Street Vacations —1770 West Washington – Jennifer Adams Brooks – 20 minutes – Follow up presentation on proposed project just east of Yoshino Restaurant near India and Washington Streets. Applicant proposes partial street vacations of paper street portions of Washington Street and Titus Street.
