The latter segment of Uptown on the Hill's Winter Neighborhood meeting consisted of a lively discussion of Uptown's major attributes, both positive and negative. Not surprisingly, the former abounded, and far out-numbered the latter. These characteristics were later gathered under formal categories, as presented below.

Some of the "needs" may be more appropriately addressed by Uptown on the Hill, either by itself or in partnership with other neighborhood organizations.
