Can some one explain to me, how real estate taxes are based in nashville? I see home that are the same sq ft one new one old/ taxes are sometimes thousands of dollars different?
Why does someone with a 1.2 million dollar home pay what some one with a 600k home pay. ALL over the board and no one seems to have a good reason why?/ Please fill me in..
