Does anybody know who owns the thin strip of land between Stanley Avenue and the railroad tracks (along the east border of Columbia Park) between Yoke and Berwyn? Would any portion of it be suitable and available, I wonder, for the neighborhood to develop into an urban garden in a kind of community project, perhaps even to benefit (in full or part) those in need in our neighborhood and nearby neighborhoods?
