Hello everyone - I don't know if anyone else experienced any issues lately with their On Demand service from Cox; however, I did have a problem with it for what seemed like almost a month. After several calls to Cox Support and even three (count them ... 3) field visits by Cox Support to my home, they finally figured out it was the main line runnnig through the neighborhood. It only took them a day to fix the main line, which was great! Now, my (and hopefully your) On Demand works like a charm again.
I post this because I noticed several Cox Support vehicles on 25th street the past couple of weeks and I wasn't sure if that may have been related to the same issue I was having and thought others may be interested in knowing if that fixed their issues as well.
