Valencia Homeowner's Association

We are not members of the VHOA but have lived in the neighborhood for about 11/2 years. During that time everything has been quiet and safe.  Unfortunately, during the past 2 months 3 out of 5 homes in our cul de sac have had cars broken into and ours was actually stolen right out of the drive way.  These acts were done on the weekends.  We are very concerned that this is happening all over the Valencia development and does not make us feel very safe and secure.  Has anything like this happened in your area of Valencia? We live in the Esplanade and Los Campanas area.

I was unaware, I have forwarded your concerns to our Cellular On Patrol volunteers, and to our SAPD SAFFE Officer. I hope we can get this stopped, and even catch the person/persons involved.

Thank you, Larry! Since my original posting, another vehicle had been stolen from the driveway and found in south San Antonio. Our vehicle has not been found. Everyone needs to be aware because I always thought this was a very safe and quiet place to live but you're really not safe anywhere.
