I am so sick of these young adults thinking that they can at all hours of the day and night smoke pot in their vehicles or right out infront of their homes. Where are the cops? We have been accused of "telling" on them, however it was NOT us! So what is a person to do and how do we stop this. I thought this was a safe neighborhood. I can't wait to move!!!!
