Valencia Central Valley HOA

Hello, I am a resident at Valencia Central Valley off of Alicante/Lupita Drive (by John Russell). On Saturday night at 3am (Sunday morning) my friend came to my house to stay over and was in her vehicle in front of my house. She saw a car driving up Lupita Drive very slowly down the street (so she remained in her car). The car was a dark blue/green older model (maybe a saturn). What caught my friends attention was that the person in the car was driving slowly and wearing a hoody (at that time of night the wheather was still pretty hot). My friend caught the man looking into our properties as he drove by. As the car passed my home and was driving slowly to the cul-d-sac, the car repeated to drive slowly and was staring into homes and my friend caught him staring into our home as well on his way back. The man was a white male, very scary looking, had crinkly skin (maybe in his 50's), thin and looked like he was high on something. My friend was so scared that when the car left the street (still driving slowly down the street), she came into the house and notifed me on what she saw. She said she was so scared by the look on this man's (they did not make eye contact and she was not sure if the man saw her in the car) face that she did not get a chance to get his license plates. I have notifed my neighbors about this....plesae be aware that this. I have notified the HOA security, so they are on alert about this. BE SAFE everyone!
