Hello all,
Does our HoA plan on leaving a skimmer on site for the homeowners to use? Everytime I go to this pool with my kids it's littered with leaves, bugs and trash.
This pool also seems to be the hangout for underage drinking and smoking and it's not just cigarettes. I assume most of the kids are not homeowners since they mill about outside the gates on their mobile phones till a friend opens the gate for them. Last week these kids almost fought a homeowner 2 vs 1 when he would not let them in. I've called the Sheriff's dept. before but I am not a fan of abusing the 911 system and I'm definitely not fighhting these kids with my two children in tow. Does anybody have any ideas??
