Problems
We have been asked to remind all pet owners to please pick up all fecal matter and dispose of this. This is a reoccurring issue.
New Castle county Code
New Castle Code Article 2, Chapter 4 states, all pet owners are responsible to immediately remove, in a sanitary manner, any fecal matter deposited by their dog on any street, sidewalk, or upon any property without consent of the owner.
