What can we all as HOA's do to help shrink the crime rate in these neighborhoods? I have been discussing for several months now about setting up a Block Watch network with all the HOA's and Neighborhood Associations in the Southend area. Namely PRP, Valley Station areas. What is your thoughts about this??
