Background Checks on Officials

When ??

Q. When did Valleyview ever obey the O.R.C.?

A. When it pleasures.

The O.R.C. states there must be a Records Commission. This is to get permission to destory records.

Linda Stoner checked and there is no record of permission to destroy ANYTHING.

The Village has a long standing habit of using it's own ''interpretation'' of the O.R.C.

I seem to remember the one concerning destorying property that you speak of. You spent a very long time at a council meeting,I believe about October of 1995 or 1996 trying to make me look like an idiot about the law. When asked by a resident firefighter for bikes for the needy, you said they had to be destroyed. Low and behold, in about a year, you and Russolillo had a new interpretation of that O.R.C. when he suggested this be done.

Guns, drugs, computers, abandoned property are listed in the O.R.C. The code is very specific. Do you interpret this to mean the police can do what they want? Is this what Parrish means by giving the Police ''latitude''?

Without any records of what is there and no request to destroy and no supervision of doing it,this would mean that they could take the evidence. What if they said drugs or guns were destoryed, but they took them for themselves?

There was an officer who came to work without his gun. At least that is what he said. If you believe that. Another officer gave him another gun. When I left Valleyview the gun had not been returned as far as I know.

What happens if a gun is used in a felony?

Some interpretations of the law are very dangerous. No felon should hold public office.

I will tell Valleyviewer to keep the grapevine going, you will surprised what you might find out.
Valleyviewer

If you get the same information that I have, I am always available. With two of us we will bring it out to the public. The people will have to testify. It would clean house in Valleyview.

So far I have been alone. I still care. I lived there a long time and made a lot of friends, but they are afraid. No one should have to be afraid of a handfull of want to be sopranos.

I will address your points

>>IW>>The O.R.C. states there must be a Records Commission. This is to get permission to destory records.

If you check, you will find that there was a records comission. They have nothing to do with police property.

>>IW>>Linda Stoner checked and there is no record of permission to destroy ANYTHING.

Linda Stoner would not have access to those records, only the police and mayor.

>>IW>>The Village has a long standing habit of using it's own ''interpretation'' of the O.R.C.

As do you, Ms. White

>>IW>>When asked by a resident firefighter for bikes for the needy, you said they had to be destroyed. Low and behold, in about a year, you and Russolillo had a new interpretation of that O.R.C. when he suggested this be done.

Low and behold the LAW verbage was changed to allow donations to charitable causes.

>>IW>>Guns, drugs, computers, abandoned property are listed in the O.R.C. The code is very specific. Do you interpret this to mean the police can do what they want?

I interpret it to say that if property is usuable by the department it can be used. In the case of drugs they must be destroyed. Property may also be sold at auction.

>>IW>>What if they said drugs or guns were destoryed, but they took them for themselves?

Logs are maintained. When property is destroyed it is burned in a smelter.

>>IW>>Some interpretations of the law are very dangerous. No felon should hold public office.

Would this be a convicted felon or just someone who you believe should be a felon?

>>IW>>you will surprised what you might find out.

Nothing you do will ever surprise me
Very Defensive !!

You get very defensive when certain things are brought up.

Did Russolillo know about you destroying evidence or did he get very angry when he found out?

What happened to the log you spoke about? It would have what you say you destroyed.

Is being asleep in the cruiser a violation of general Orders? What about the kid who took your key and got out of the handcuffs because you were out of shape and couldn't catch him?

Why do you recent that Parrish said the Village is in better shape than it has been in the last 15 years?

I know there are people who let you know what is going on in Valleyview as they do for me. I know who two of them are.

The O.R.C. concerning property has not changed its wording. That would take an act of state legislation.

I think you should check. There WAS NOT a Records Commission. It had been stated in the Management Letters from the auditor at every audit. You have to have permission of the Historical Society to destroy records of the police department.

The police department is not omnipotent, neither is the mayor. That is the problem in Valleyview, they think there are.

I figured out that you were the Shadow by what you were saying on the web and the e-mails you sent to me. You even told me where to look for some things. Watkins and Parrish controlled this site. You stated that Watkins couldn't be trusted because he told some people who you were. I never told anyone.

Watkins told everyone that I would never find out who was libeling me. He did it himself under aliases.

The police chief was always the Street Commissioner. Now Craig Smith, Parrish's next door neighbor, is and Parrish said he doesn't come to the meetings.

I agree with Valleyviewer about criminals deserving what they get. I don't agree that when false charge are filed, the officer uses undue force and violates the law himself. I know this first hand because I heard the prosecutor in my case and another resident's.

Watkins made a witness statement on an incident when he wasn't even there. he told me he was using what the officer wrote.

You say the mayor and police are not accountable to anyone. They won't follow up on a complaint if they don't like you.
