Has Parrish forgotten Hellwege's ''barn''? He asked his neighbors if they would also approve the plan he submitted to council. He signed that it was a true design. He did not build what was approved. He BROKE THE LAW. What was done? NOTHING! He had friends in high places. No doubt Johnson has friends too.

If Ms. White would like to provide the specific sections of the ORC that the Village is not enforcing that pertains to building and zoning I hope she will site them.

I was not on Council during the building of the Barn. I also signed the petition against it so I do not understand why I would be personally attacked about something that I could not take action on as a Council Member.

Mr. Johnson is getting the input of the residents that are directly effected by his construction. No vote on a variance will take place at those meetings. The variance can only be granted at a meeting of Council which it has to be brought before. Also, Mr. Johnson cannot get a permit to build until he gets the variance. You cannot put the cart before the horse.
