Giving the Finger !!


I was the residents and the officer was Roger Myers. There was nothing done. See if it is in his file. I see you hired him back.

He was mad because I stood up to him and Jason Nalbach when they disrespected and yelled at me.

He is also the one who said that Mexicans have a wad on money on them when stopped.

He is also the one who would got very angry with the magistrate when he dropped charges or lowered fines, because they screwed up a traffic ticket. He said he and Jason brought in more money than any of the other officers. I think residents know why.

See if the complaint is in John Chapman's file for spying on a visitor of mine?

Luke Hickman is the officer who said someone tried to take his gun and the prosecutor dropped it.

I don't see how things will change when you have the same officers there and Tom Watkins as mayor when he lied about the incident. Filed his witness statement when he wasn't even there. He said he was writing it from Luke's report.

Who else have you brought back and I will fill you in on them.

Oh, I forgot Ty Myers. Did you find out why he is not at the Township? Make sure you get the truth about everyone.

I will be telling you what Watkins' former employers said aout him. I understand he called and asked what they told me. They lied to him. I know everything. Maybe I should tell and let him sue me. That will get the lying coward in court.

So What Should Be The Punishment

You seemed to miss the point of what I was trying to get across Ms. White.

What would be a reasonable punishment if it is found that an employee did give a resident ''the finger''?

Officer Myers has been rehired as a probationary Part-Time Deputy Marshal with the Village. During that probationary period the Village Council is reviewing his performance during that time and also looking into the information provided from his background check.

I was present on the day that you claim Officers Myers and Nalbach disrespected you and yelled at you. You did not heed the instructions of the officers and were interfering in a traffic stop. Instead of staying out of the way of the Officers you decided to become involved and you were directed to stay away from the officers and the vehicles.

The Officers were polite but forceful. I did not see any disrepect directed in your direction by the officers during this incident.

Again, I cannot comment why things were not looked into properly in the past by the Former Chief and Mayor of the Village concerning your complaints. All I can do now is see that ALL complaints are looked into regardless of who makes them.

You Saw What You Wanted


I was walking to the Raylene's car nothing had been said to her about anything. She was asking what was going on.

THEN I was LOUDLY told to get away from her car. She had done nothing !! I start to walk away and go to the Butcher's across the street. I was ORDERED to go into my house. I told Myers and Nalbach that they could not order me into my house. I wish they had given me a citation. I would love to see them in court. I beat Mark Consolo when he filed a false complaints against me, I would have beaten them too. I should have sued the Village, but the residents would have had to pay for your corrupt police officers.

Lisa Watkins filed a false complaint against me. Why wasn't I charged? Because, You all like to make names for yourself, but when it comes down to it, you are cowards.

You don't have anyone in the Village to stand up to you now. They take the crap and say nothing.

I had been at the Village Hall several times when people came in and complained about things, including traffic stops. They were NEVER told they could file a complaint. If people did, there wouldn't be the same trouble makers there.

You know that is what happened.

Is the reason you aren't going to do anything about Watkins making a false witness statement, because he is mayor? He told me he wasn't there and Lisa did to when she came to my house and jumped onto me.

We'll see if you really care about having honest people in public office. Watkins lie everytime he opens his mouth. You can not trust him. He lied to keep an officer out of trouble. This is public information. Get a copy of his statement from the prosecutor. I know you won't but maybe someone reading this will.

Ms. White I personally could give little for someone's title if they have done something wrong. I know that Mayor Watkins did not lie about his being there. That Officer called for help when the resident tried to take his weapon. Within minutes every police department on the Westside was there. Tom was there before the other police departments arrived. I do not believe that the Officer was protected by anyone lying. You were not there until after the person had been placed in custody. Let that individual speak for themselves. I believe that their story is different than the one that you protray.

I cannot comment on what anyone said to you in a private conversation since I was not there. They would have to explain their statements.

I do care about who is in office in this Village. If they do something while they are in office I will hold them accountable for what they did. I expect honesty and integrity from all members of the Village Administration.

That is not the case now. Anyone may file a complaint. Again you are stating your opinion with knowing the full details. The Village is also working to install video cameras in the Police Crusiers so that the interaction of the Officers with the public can be reviewed. This is one more step to helping insure that the behavior of the employees of the Village are watch closely and reviewed to make sure that we have the best employees that we can.

Again, the Council is taking action and not just complaining about something. Things can only change through action.
