Termite Problem

Posted in: Topanga Spas
The termite situtation is getting worse. Very upset that many of the residents would rather procrastinate
to talk, discuss, examine, and debate while the termites are eating away. The termite work should of been completed in October. $1,200 per unit
is an amount so small and does so much it's not worth debating IMO.

termite problem

HAPPY THANKSGIVING, JOEL!

sorry to hear you are upset. i'm not sure of EVERYTHING that happened in the past that prevented the fumigation in Oct, but before the vote on assessment, not all homeowners felt their outstanding questions/concerns were being addressed properly, and at this point i dont want to get into that, other than the fact that our HOA Directors are willing to work with a termite committee to perform a more thorough evaluation in an attempt to resolve the outstanding concerns. i think its important to remember that we still have a problem that needs to be dealt with ASAP. not because the termites will make the buildings fall down next month, but because our community needs to get over this issue.

yes joel, the termites are eating, but as Mr Cooley implied, very very slowly. so we do have the time to work out a solution, and we are starting this Sunday with the first termite committee meeting.
