My fiancee and I, alongside a couple of neighbors, are having problems with a party house down the street. They have extremely loud parties almost every day of the week and last night our vehicle was vandalized. In addition, our neighbors vehicle was broken into and about a month ago after another one of their parties, our other neighbors vehicle was broken into. The five of us are 100% sure we know the house that is responsible. But what do we do? The police don't come out and if they do, it's certainly not enough given the amount of times we've called. Can we get a movement together to get rid of the young kids at the corner? Can the neighborhood association do anything?
