We completed the discussion and adoption of our bylaws, except for some minor items which were in the boilerplate received from attorneys as suitable for IRS 501c3 application and California "not-for-profit organization" registration, but seem irrelevant in our case. After these items have been sorted out with the attorneys, the bylaws will be posted on our website.

It was agreed at the meeting that the Agenda for our May 7 meeting should have 10 minutes reserved for consideration of our bylaws.

The modest attendance at this meeting included Senior Lead Officer C. White of LAPD.
