We encourage all members to reveiw the minutes of the Association meeting held March 23, 2010. This post is in the nature of a supplement to our newsletter delivered to you earlier this week. Your board of directors and officers has met and reviewed 3 separate proposal from Community Management Associates, Access Management, and Heritage Management. After due discussion and debate, we have identified Access Management Company as having the best proposal that fits our needs, which is accounting service and architectural control (see second bullet point in the introductory letter from Access). We have included copies of the materials they have provided us with this email so that our owners may also review the items and be fully informed before our August 3rd meeting. The projected cost is an additional $88 per home per year, which is less than the $125 authorized at our last association meeting. We encourage you to review the materials, and if you have any questions to submit them to a board member.

I wish there was another solution, but I feel that the management company is the only answer at this point. Many homeowners are very busy working and raising families and dedicating extra time is just not possible at this time. My husband and I feel that the additional funds at $88 per year is fair. It comes out to $7.40 per month, I think most families can do this, just eat out one day less per month. Problem solved. Let's move on. |
