Victoria Woods I & II

VW I & II consists of Sterling Circle, The Grove, and Forest Glen.  This Phase of Victoria Woods was constructed in the mid-80's. The Homeowners Board meets the second Monday of the month at the Victor-Farmington Ambulance building at 7 PM.  The first part of the meeting is open to all VW I & II homeowners to bring in concerns or simply to listen to the state of the Association.  Homeowner participation is invited and valued.  Later in each meeting, the Board conducts an executive session.  The annual meeting typically is held the second Monday of September in the Victor Town Hall and all homeowners are encouraged to attend to understand the state of their Association.  Homeowners are encouraged to consider running for the HOA Board.  If interested, call Realty Performance (our property management company) for an application. 585-225-7440.  Our site manager is Chad Fetterman.  You can call Chad whenever you have a homeowner concern.
