Victoria Woods HOA Phase I & II

On May 23, 2011, 100 or so of us attended a Victor Town Board meeting and expressed how unhappy we were about the proposed 100-home development proposed off McMahon, just north of Sterling Circle.  The following evening, the Town Planning Board turned a "thumb down" on the 100 home density proposed, as had the County Planning Board.  However, the final decision has not been made.  We must remain vigilant! There are Town Planning Board meetings, Zoning Board Meetings, and Comprehensive Plan meetings in June on most Mondays and Tuesdays. Please plan to attend one or more of them.  You will find the agenda for the meetings on www.victorny.org on the Friday before the meetings.
