The children have recently been asking for a playground by posting their needs on the Phase 3 mailboxes. Are the adults of Victoria Woods willing to increase their assessments to build a community-wide playground?

I am concerned about the cost of a playground, start up, upkeep, etc. And what about supervision, and liability? There have been several unsupervised teens lately and would this add to this already existing problem. I know the kids need a place to play, but I am not willing to pay extra at this time for this priviledge. |
