I hate to complain but lately on beaujolaes we have horse trailers and fishing boats in people's driveways that look like they are there to stay? Certainly this can't be good for property values? Do we still have HOA Rules?

Yes, we have rules and regulations but not  enforced. Some homes have trailers basketballs goals vehicles that have not moved in months. But what do we worry about, speed and now speed bumps what a joke. no will be open for lawsuits when someones car or worse a motorcyclist crashes on a speed bump. 

No trilers boats Basketball goals or any storage shed etc. not allowed if viewable from street.
