Villa Dorada Condo Assn

I just got two checks returned to me from Continental Group with indications that they no longer are the receiving entity nor managing entity for the Condo Ass'n.  Does anyone know where I can send the checks to and whether we are now paying any Special Assessment in addition to the regular Monthly Assessments?  Anyone know the name of anyone on the Board of Directors so I can contact them?  I live in NY so I do not have direct access to the Office but Continental also tells me that no one is there anymore either and there is no current phone number to contact for mainteance issues.
