Snow Removal

Double "D" Enterprises again this year is taking care of the snow removal. Over all we are pleased with their service.

If you have any concerns, please contact a member of the Board of Managers who in turn will relay them to Double "D" to resolve the problem.

Our contract is for Double "D" to plow/shovel upon an accumulation of 3 inches of snow.

Note: Calcium Chloride and shovels are available in all utility rooms. Please use if necessary.

It is also the responsibility of each unit to keep snow and ice off of the balcony. You are responsible for any damage occuring from snow or ice to the unit below you.
