Please do not hesitate to call him at 395-8050. A well-lit neighborhood is less likely to have vandalism then a very dark one so please help our neighborhood and keep your outside lights on.

Linden Hill Project Update - the contractor is waiting for paving weather. The contractor is placing an underdrain pipe to address a groundwater problem that was encountered. Also, at the last meeting the contractor delays in completing the Linden Hill Project were addressed in great detail. DelDOT is to provide a one-page calendar or explanation of events that have affected the timeline of the project. Current completion date is to be the middle of April.

Note From the Treasurer:
First, I want to thank the neighbors who have already paid their $25.00 Civic Association Fee!!! The reminder slips/envelopes have only been out for a couple weeks and already we have a 43% response rate! J This is wonderful!!!! Plus, we?¡?¦re building up the coffers to continue handling the snow plowing and sanding bills.

Second, after you pay the $25, you will receive a copy of The Village of Meeting House Civic Association Constitution and Bylaws. This document will show you all that is involved behind the scenes with keeping Meeting House Hill the great neighborhood it is to live in.

Please remember that the Civic Association is only as successful as the great neighbors who volunteer their time and the prompt payment of every neighbor?¡?¦s $25.00 fee.
Thank You Very Much?¡K?¡K?¡K?¡K?¡KRobin Buccos, the treasurer.

Entrances ?¡V Please do not forget to complete and return your entrances questionnaire that was included in January?¡?¦s newsletter. Everyone?¡?¦s input is important. This is your community and we would like to hear your ideas.

FROM THE MMHCA PRESIDENT
I would like to thank all those who contacted me regarding problem areas with snow removal. I do not always get to inspect the roads after the plows have come through and your calls help me to let our snow removal person know the areas he needs to target.

As noted in the newsletter, please report acts of vandalism to the New Castle County Police. You may also contact a civic association officer to let us know there is a problem so that we may increase our community watch; however contacting the police should be first. We have had several incidents of egg throwing on cars and homes in the last 2 months. This is a deliberate act of vandalism and needs to be reported to the police.

Last but not least, thank you for being a member of the MHH Civic Association.

Thank You
J Rep. ??|Pam Maier, thank you so much for attending our last meeting and looking into so
many issues for us. Hope you join us again in April!!!!!
J Richard E Beers, thank you so much for your time spent cleaning up both sides of Boyds Valley Drive at the entrances by the pool and along the side of Boyds Valley Road where there are no homes (county property).
J Aaron Bevans, thank you so much for donating the trees from National Arbor Day Foundation, to place in front of the Phone Box on Boyds Valley Drive. We look forward to covering the phone box.

Spring is just around the corner!!
