Councilwoman Irene White Resigns

At the June 7th Council Meeting the Village Council voted to accept the resignation of Ms. White. Below is the resignation letter from Ms. White. If anyone would like a copy of Ms. White's resignation a request may be made through the Village Hall.

Mayor and Council Members,

This is my letter of resignation. I have loved serving the residents of the Village. It is a shame that the people in power serve only themselves.

I have fought the Village authority for the last ten years. The Village got Michael Russolillo as mayor in 1991, being president pro tem, when Friedan Wolfe resigned. The powers forced him out. In 1995 Russolillo knew he was running un-opposed, for reasons you could ask Rob and Beth Bogart. Edward Kirk who was solicitor, president pro tem and Russolillo lied to council and got council to double the mayor and clerk's salaries, by passing an illegal ordinance. He was already being paid, per capita, the highest salary in the State of Ohio. Larry Blake ran against Russolillo in 1999. He didn't try very hard. I asked the night of the election, why he didn't work harder and tell what Russolillo was doing? Larry had been clerk for a while under him. He resigned when they raised Russolillo's salary. I was told, "I was afraid of retributions from Mike." As I ask Larry, when he denied saying this, "You want to take a polygraph?"

Why don't you ask Anita and Myron Westfall the experience with Jason Nalbach? John Chapman about his dealings with Chris Reed while in jail? Tom Watkins why he lied to the police about the incident with Chris Reed? Luke Hickman why he lied to the prosecutor about his injuries and collected $1,800 from the residents for lost wages? Susie Sullivan about the cash, officers took on traffic stops and shredded tickets? About having contests to see who could write the most tickets? This is what you have for Valleyview's finest.

There is a letter dated August 10, 2000 from Larry Bicking, director of Ohio Public Works Commission about fraudulent practices on public projects. Council thought invoices were being sent to OPWC for their 90% share. In reality, some weren't. The Village paid 100% for repairs of bad designs already paid by the State and the residents. This enabled Pomeroy & Associates to get paid twice for the same job and a second contractor paid to correct. I spoke with the owners of Bale Contracting during Phase V. They said they would never work in Valleyview again.
I was threatened to stop passing fliers about these things.

I was elected in 2002 to further my findings of these "sloppy bookkeeping" practices. Four of us ran on my findings. But were then afraid to follow through with the evidence after they were elected. I didn't turn on council and the mayor, they turned on me. After Jack Morgan was elected, he said, "I don't get involved in politics." Russolillo resigned when I brought out the mis-appropriations and fraud. Even though Russolillo resigned, council and mayor Raylene Graves were still afraid of "retributions", because Russolillo left some friends behind. One of which, Tom Watkins, became mayor in 2004 by lying about everything, including his past. I guess his former employers are afraid of "retributions" too. Because they won't go public with what they told me about Watkin's employment with them. Watkins and Paul Parrish controlled the Internet web site. The only one I can give credit to is Bob Graves. He fought with me most of the time.

You on current council are "yes men". You made a deal with Paul Parrish and Tom Watkins to let some of the money slide owed to the residents and employees because of Laura Hunt and Debbie Cain. You are blaming the council members during that time. Council members do not do payroll. They "used to approve the bills." And hope the clerks would pay them, but they didn't. This I found out by calling everyone the Village did business with. The "powers" told me not to do this. They didn't want the residents to know that their taxes were not going where it was supposed to go.

You signed a letter to the Internal Revenue Service, wanting an abatement for late fees and penalties. You signed that it was an "oversight" by the clerks. If you are interested, there were "oversights" before. You failed to tell IRS that nothing else had been paid, including pension funds.

The Attorney General, State Auditor and Sheriff know this, but are siding with the corrupt powers of Valleyview. Are they afraid to say, "Irene White is right, because we have the proof and documents, but how can we tell the residents of the State that we made a mistake.

We will just let the powers in Valleyview threaten her property and life and scare her into leaving Ohio."

The threats of arson, and to keep my mouth shut, may have forced me to put my home of 37 years up for sale, because you people don't have the nerve to fight fair in a court of law. So don't be under the false assumption that I moved because I am afraid to meet you in court, but I do value my life. I have been threatened with arrest, but the cowardly mayor and officers couldn't risk it, because they were afraid of the publicity. Stop kidding yourself. I am not through with the State of Ohio, Franklin County and the Village of Valleyview. You don't force me out of my home. You should start finding a way to explain to the residents why you have lied and covered for the corrupt in the Village. There are Federal laws governing the Local government when they refuse to obey. Pay back for the residents and friends I left there will be a bitch. Unlike some of you, I don't make threats. I made promises to the residents when they elected me and I intend to keep them even though I am not there. Why should the residents have to pay back thousands and thousands of dollars after they already paid once. Michael Russolillo said it was there. What happened to it before I took office? As was told to Tom Watkins, "It is despicable that you allow this to happen." This was refering to what was on the Internet about me. It also applies to you too. None of you complained about the "dirty politics". If anyone stated anything about Watkins, he deleted it. How powerful does the "honorable" mayor want to be? You put him there by not checking his credentials.

This is for Paul Parrish and the hypocrisy, spouted by him and the "church going" powers, I have always had peace in my heart, my conscience is clear and I am not the tool of the devil as Lisa Watkins stated. I have always stated the truth, I am just sorry for you who appear to answer to another God. I thank my God, that I don't have your belief. You should believe in the Bible, "Thou shalt not bear false witness."
