Village resident Angie Jones is the Founder and Chapter President for Central Ohio Good Sheperds which is a chapter of Therapy Dogs International. The Central Ohio Good Sheperds share their love of animals with those that are in retirement homes, hospitals and their newest endeavor, Reading With Rover.

Recently articles have appeared in This Week newspaper for the westside detailing the success of the Reading With Rover program at the Westland Area Library. Ms. Jones has worked closely with the staff at the library and the program has been booked up ever since it started. Members of the Central Ohio Good Shepherds bring thier dogs with them and have the children who participate in the program read to the dogs.

This is a wonderful example of the type of people that call Valleyview home and we wish Angie Jones, the Central Ohio Good Shepherds and the young readers participating in the Reading With Rover program more success in the future.
