Paul Parrish said the Village was in the best shape it has been for 15 years. You said you resented that. I asked why you resented what he said? You said that is not what you resent. Please explain to us what it is you resent. You are talking in circles.

You Are The One Who Argues


If the law on property was changed as you said, why is it still the same?

Do you mean that the police don't have to tell where property went when it is there and then it is gone? I would think the law would like to know what happened to guns, drugs and urine specimans that should be tested for drugs and alcohol.

YOU were in front of my house. I came out and talked to you about the boy getting away from you who was handcuffed.

I do tell the truth as it is, not as I ''want'' it to be. What I ''want'' it to be is legal and above board.

I agree with Andy. It was said on this site by Watkins' supporters, ''We have our plan.''Their plan was to libel and threaten opponants to get into office. I know Andy will say this isn't what he meant. But if he has a legal complaint against me, Bring it on.

These are some of the things Andy has said against me.

1. Maybe what is going on could be considered a crime against the residents of Valleyview, Fraud, maybe even Organized crime as conspiracy. Maybe with a win in a civil court there could be a trial in a criminal court. What about that Paul and Tom?

2. Then Andy told Berni, ''I firmly believe there is a better than even chance that there has been fraud and a conspiracy.''

3. You illegally increased your salaries.

4. ''I had to deal with Irene on a regular basis.''

6. ''Odd that the mayor and the council were quick to settle ''out of court'' for 5 grand. Lets see 5 grand divided by 5.'' This about Duane Lephert. And saying I took a bribe.

Parrish said,
I took funding away from the police. He did when he voted to pay other things and the police were layed off.
He said I was being investigated by the authorities. Said I took excessive salaried. He and Andy forgot to say that the O.R.C forbids salary increases.

Parrish had the nerve to post O.R.C. 3517.21 on Oct 2, 2003 before the election. Trying to make residents believe what they said about me was true.

No person, during the course of any campaign for nomination or election to public office, shall knowingly and with the intent to affect the outcome of such campaign do any of the following, [one is enough]. ''Post, publish, cirulate, distribute or otherwise disseminate a false statement concerning a candidate either knowing the same to be false or with reckless disregard of whether it was false or not, if the statement is designed to promote the election, nomination or defeat of the candidate.''

This O.R.C works both ways. One, was to defeat me by false statements and two, Watkins lied about his education and job history to win. It would appear Parrish and Watkins lied from the very beginning.
