Just because a person , for what ever reason, was not charged for theft on the job, does not make them innocent just because they got away with it!!!

Innocent Until Proven Guilty

That is what this country was built upon. You, Ms. White, again want to relate something said by someone who is unwilling to come forward on their own and quote it as if it is the truth.

Were you there? Did you see it happen? Are you only relating what someone who may have a beef with the other person is saying? People say a lot of things without proof for whatever reason, more than likely their personal feelings dictate what they say.

I say if someone has knowledge of a crime it should be given to the Police so that it can be invetigated and prosecuted if that is found to be the case.

I for one will not take your word on something about something you said someone said to you and only to you.

But, I do agree with you that someone is not innocent because they have gotten away it and not been caught yet. A crime is a crime, but there is due process and everyone has the right to be judged by their peers in a COURT OF LAW, not in the court of public opinion.

You Could Have Found Out

Let me tell you a story about a man I know who is below contempt.

He has to live with his conscience. But a lot of people found he didn't have one.

He, a brother and some buddies used to take senior's money for repairs and didn't finish. They joked about scamming these people.

A man who had known him most of his life thought he would take a chance and gave him a job. He had had lots of jobs. The employer liked the man's family.

The man used company invoices and materials to do jobs on the side and kept all the money ammounting to several thousands dollars. The employer found out when a ''customer'' he never heard of called the company.

The man also had a problem and couldn't work for awhile. Un-beknown to the employer and the man's family, both were paying all the family's expenses.

A suppossed friend of the man was moving. The man bought a couch from the friend and was supposed to send the money to the neighbor but he stiffed him.

The employer and a family member of the man told me of these things.

This man has screwed friends and family. No one will come forward and make it right.

Would you want a person with no conscience or morals in a position of trust?

People who do these things and are not punished will continue on with no remorse.
