Village Of Valleyview

Mr Dean Johnson owns some properties as an invester in this village but he does not want to keep his property up to standards. He was in such a hurry to remove the garden and the driveway on the eldon ave property but he is sure in no hurry to keep the weeds and grass cut. Its a shame that someone like this is building here, what are we to expect during and after construction. I am losing all faith in this village getting better. Crime is on the rise properties are looking bad and i see no improvement. do you really think that 2 new built homes will improve the value of the village. get a grip if ya put 2 roses in a bag of crap it still smells like a bag of crap!!!

The powers have a way of deleting anything that makes them look bad. You may be threatened with arson by Tom Watkins as I was. You may be told to keep your mouth shut or see your name all over the new, as I was.

Two new houses will put money in the pockets of investers, such as Hellwege, Smith, Albert and Dean Johnson. I would venture a guess that he is a friend of Johns. There is a force in Valleyview selling and buying houses to ''friends''. Hellwege said, ''I will own Valleyview.''

The mayor is allowing the desrepair, then he Smith and Hellwege will shove THEIR zoning down your throat. They have been trying do it since 1995 when Mark Bartel was illegally posing as a zoning inspector. Check minutes of meetings in 1995. Russolillo said, ''Bartel has been enforing zoning''. Funny, we were always told we needed zoning because there weren't any laws.

I am the only one in office who ever kept their word to residents, but everything I ever wrote as an ordinace or resolution to full fill my word, was shot down. Parrish was one of the biggest voices against me.

In my opinion, you can never trust the word of anyone who would steal from their family, friends or employers.

Nothing will ever change until the ''bags of crap'' are out of office. A lot of people made a BIG mistake by not listening to me. The ''bags of crap'' are the ones who are allowing the Village to full apart.

There is a LOT of money owed to Valleyview, but I was shot down or thrown from a meeting for even bringing it up. In my opinion, that is why Judy O'Brien quit. She should have stayed and raised hell as I did. I only left when I was threatened.

I like you and your wife, but I know you don't like me. And I am sorry. I trieds my best to clean up Valleyview.I think you also like Russolillo and Watkins. And again I am sorry. You can't ignore the root of the problems there.

I know the place you are speaking about and I don't blame you. If I were there I would be the first one to try again to get things done. You never believed that and chose to ignore the facts.

Even when I agree with you, you still don't like me. That is a shame.

It shows you are still afraid of the Village authority, that you don't sign your own name.
I will keep airing my facts until the caring people of Valleyview start to speak up.
