I faxed the Valleyview Police department of a theft at my house on Harris Avenue.
I told them who it was. I have not received an answer.
I had defended Chris Reed as I would anyone when they are unjustly harrased or lied about.
The realtor I chose at Coldwell Banker/King Thompson was Barb Schmalenberger. She is the sister of Deliah Myers, Chris' grandmother. She had always been a friend. She had tried to help Chris.
Ms. Schmalenberger did not even show my house. Others in the neighborhood have sold. Her contract expired 8-1-04. She did not return my key.I was in Columbus on 9-27-04. I found the lock had been changed. I called Ms. Schmalenberger. She said she didn't know about it. How could this have been done without her knowledge?
I had a key to the basement door. I saw that some items were missing. She went to the house later and said she remembered seeing the things but they were gone. She also told me that she had given the key to Marion Myers. So he and Chris Reed could look at the house. He changed the lock. He said she told him to. She said she had not.
Marion Myers and Chris had the only key. My daughter talked to him and said we were going to press charges. The items missing were hers. He told her, if you do you will be sorry.
My daughter talked to Ms.Schmalenberger and was told the item miraculously reappeared.
I received a call from Coldwell Banker and was told the same. I asked how this happened, since the lock was changed and no one had a key except the Myers? She said she had no idea.
Ms. Schmalenberger proceeded to call the sheriff and he too entered my house illegally, and took pictures of the items that had ''reappeared.'' They say the items were never missing.
A realtor is not allowed to give a key out of a home. They are not allowed to enter a home after the contract has expired. The police have no authority to enter anyone's home without a warrant. When was it decided that my Constitutional and Civil Rights could be violated? Who is next?
A lot of people there wanted me gone for reasons I had posted on this web site. But, they are making it impossible for me to stay gone.
