Village San Juan Townhouse Association

Hello,

   I am considering purchasing in the Village San Juan housing tract and was wondering if anyone that is a current resident can offer any information on how they like the neighborhood.  I do not know much about the area and want to know as much as possible before moving my family there.  Is it a safe neighborhood?  Heard of any recent crime in the neighborhood?  Is it relatively quiet?  Anything you do not like about living there?  Any info provided would be very helpful, thank you very much in advance!

  i use to live in the village of san juan   its a good community except for the assocation and it was terriable dealing with the assocation they were always complaning about my family and yelling  and were really nosie so we had enough of it and moved out  though they have  a very strict assocation    the assocation member cathy luckett  is  hard to get along with  as long  you   get along with her
