Village de l'Est Improvement Association

I noticed that the only residents in the village de' lest community getting their houses lifted are 99% asian. When I called to inquire about my app. status, I was told I was no longer in the program and I have been cleared sinced 2009. This is The Road Home Program taking bias to another level.
