I have lived in this neighborhood for 10 years and have watched Vangies boys grow up, they have been guest in our home. They have always been respectful kids, they also have good parents.
I have seen new families in this neighborhood and lots of children playing in this neighborhood, they ride their bikes, play basketball and play with their toys. One day they will grow up and also become teenagers.
I believe we move our families into gated communities, so we can feel safe and to keep unwanted traffic and bad elemant from flowing in and out of our neighborhood. I also believe that all the kids no matter what age have a right to be outside and enjoy this neighborhood.
It takes a village to raise a child. Don't be afraid to know your neighbors.
