Clubhouse Rental Rules

Clubhouse Rental Rules and Regulations

1. CLUBHOUSE RENTAL IS FOR RESIDENT'S PERSONAL, NON-COMMERICAL USE AND IS FOR ADULT FUNCTIONS ONLY. OUTSIDERS SUCH AS CO-WORKERS CANNOT USE THE CLUB HOUSE.
2. Any holiday celebration or other activity hosted by a committee for the benefit of members of the Association will have priority of use over Residents and will be rent free.
3. Rental Fee - $25.00
4. Security Deposit - $200.00 - Refundable if Clubhouse and contents are not damages, is cleaned after being used, and furniture is put back in place.
5. You are responsible for the actions of all your invitees and guests.
6. No live bands, no loud music and no dancing without proper flooring.
7. NO SMOKING in the clubhouse or the Rest Rooms.
8. Clubhouse rental does not include the use of the pool or the pool deck. If pool is closed for the season you can use the deck area but not the pool.
9. All Forms and Agreements must be completed in the entirety, dated, and signed.
10. Applications for the reservation of the Clubhouse must be accompanied by the 2 checks for Rental Fee and Security Deposit.
11. Clubhous should be left in the same condition as it was when rented. Provision for cleanup must be completed immediately after use. If the Clubhouse is not cleaned immediately afterwards a $75.00 charge will be deducted from the SEcurity Deposit.
12. Keys must be returned no later than the next day.
13. The Association through the Clubhouse and Pool Committees reserves the right to deny any reservation of the Clubhouse in its sole discretion.
14. All lot owner assessments must be current for the Resident to use the Clubhouse.
15. Any furniture or fixtures, broken or damaged, and any interior or exterior damage to walls, floors, ceilings, roof, etc. must be repaired or replaced by the Homeowner/Resident renting the Clubhouse.
16. If there is any emergency, notify the Chair or any member of the Clubhouse or Pool Committee.
17. Homeowner renting Clubhouse will be responsible for furnishing any supplies needed such as decorations, plates, cups, napkins and eating utensils. Items located in pantry belong to the Association and are used for Association functions only.
18. Specific cleaning check list posted in the clubhouse.
