Village of Oak Lake HOA Inc.

Does anyone else in VOL has any issuesor complaints with a certain someone who works at the neighborhood pool? Don't get me wrong,  I am a very kind, compassionate, and passive. I don't let things bother me. For several years, I have just looked the other way when the pool manager has said very rude things to my children and myself as well as other members of the community. She has been with this neighborhood and Phesant Creek for many years and is good at her job, but she needs to realize that she works for the people of these neighborhoods who pay the HOA fees. She also never allows me to bring a guest to the pool even though in the neighborhood pool rules we are allowed a guest every now and then. I was babysitting a boy in the neighbor hood one hot day and we went to the pool, she didn't allow us to enter with him b/c he was living in VOL and didn't have a tag, even though he was my guest. Besides the point, she always yells at me as if I where one of her children and I am over 30 years old. I don't appreciate being treated this way. Has anyone else had similar problems?
