At the special board meeting last night I was told by board member Alex Lamour that he is a retired lawyer. That's great news! Now the association can benefit from the free advise he can give us--think about all the $$ we'll save on attorneys fees. This is truly an intellectual windfall for all of us. By the way what law school did you graduate from?

Grow up Mr. Cleary it is so obvious that you are a sore loser. Those who live in glass houses should not throw stones. It wasn't too long ago you were boasting how you work with the attorneys that wrote our documents and you claimed to be the all knowing authority on our documents yet you got beat at your own game......you failed to do to others what was done to you....I'll trust Mr. Lamour anyday over someone even remotely associated with CED.

soory about my previous response--just a knee jerk reaction and I hate it when I react like that.......then I realized it was you! Your the person who, after 4+ years still can't shake your hatred of CED...my, my I guess the rest of the community doesn't realize that you were the one that made so many false accusations against CED that they forced you, legally, from interfering in their business...you are also the one that spent association money on legal phone calls, and hiring unneeded ''engineers'' rather than do the right thing and fix the roofs...you're also the one who never signs their name, hiding behind half truths and fantasy...It took me a minute, but then I knew it was you.....sore loser, look in the mirror sweetie..
