Public Foreclosure Sale

On Thursday, June 26, 2003 at 11:00AM in the Orange County Courthouse 3rd floor the first foreclosure sale will be held with Southport as the plaintiff. At that time 8533 Oak Bluff Drive property will be sold to the highest bidder for non-payment of Association dues. Those of you who maintain that we cannot foreclose for non-payment of assessments should attend this sale and realize that one of our neighbors will lose their home because they didn't pay! Take due notice and govern yourselves accordingly.

Its sad to see someone lose their home. I am one of the few that pay the Association fees and do not see anything being done for the price im paying. where am I benefiting from paying? Just to keep my home? What I worked for anyway.
