Villages of Westcreek Owners' Association

I have heard that there may be both a Walmart and a Sam's Club being built at 1604 and Potranco. Any insight from anyone on whether both are actually being built?

What's going in @ 1604/Potranco

I've heard the same thing, re: Wal-Mart & Sam's, but I also heard Lowes and Target.

I just Googled ''1604 and Potranco'' and got several commercial real estate results, one of which backs up the Wal-Mart rumor. Here's a sample of what's coming our way:
