KISD is building a new Middle and Intermediate school as Keller Hicks and Alta Vista.

It is clearly evident there is currently a safety issue of passage in regards to the children crossing the intersection. Not only are the strets not wide enough; but their is a lack of sidewalks, in the absence are ditches.

Due to the traffic from the schools and apartments adjacent we need your help to voice our need for sidewalks, lights and wider streets.

It is our understanding at one time money was allocated to Keller Hicks but was used towards something else. Many homeowners are trying to verify this and determine whom the point of contact is to make our concerns known. Once that information is provided we will post it here.

Until such time lights, wider streets and sidewalks are built, please keep an extra eye out for the little ones walking to and from school.
