Villas at Aspen Ridge HOA

My windows are in direct sunlight at least half the day and the seals that keeps the windows from fogging and keeping the in house temp constant had been compromised. Two of my windows look like crap because this happened. Are new windows or a replacement covered by the HOA or me. With all this new zeroscaping going on the least you all could do is replace a couple of windows. I'm sure I'm not the only one, but would like to know the answer because I need to get them fixed. thanks for your time.
