BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING JUNE 24, 2003

The meeting was called to order at 6:40 pm. Board Members present were Valerie Stupar, Jessica Felker, Ann Pasco, and April Anderson, Joyce Smith and Tom Kowlczyk. Also present were Lisa Horanburg and Mary Jane Lunsford with Tillett Property Management.

Homeowners concerns:
Unit #234 Requested plants be replaced on the property. The Board agreed that area could use some plants at the front doors. Management was asked to obtain bids.

The minutes from the previous meeting were approved as presented.

The financial statements were approved as presented. The Board was advised of the transfer of $2,000.00 from the Money Market to checking to cover the bills. The Board will re-evaluate the budget at the next meeting.

Old Business
The Pool Survey results were presented. 18 surveys were returned. The Board will review the Budget in July before making a final decision on heating the pool in May and October.

Management advised the Board that the loud A/C unit near the pool was still being investigated by the owner.

New Business
The Board discussed and agreed to participate in the ?“Trespass Enforcement Program?” offered by the City of Mesa. Management will fill out and submit the request form.

Management was asked to post ?“No Skateboarding, Rollerblading, etc.?” signs by the north gate.

It was reported that the pool jet on the parking lot side was off. The Board also reported that the pool deck has not yet been repaired. Management will issue a work order to have these corrected.

It was reported that there is dead grass near unit #105. Management will issue a work order to have this looked at.

Management was asked to send out a letter to unit #240 for parking in the Handicapped. Parking spot.

With there being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:20pm.

The next meeting will be held on July 30, 2003, 6:30pm at unit #223.
