Deed restrictions require all homeowners to submit, in writing, and with diagrams, any proposed lanscaping prior to making changes to their property. This includes anything from putting up a fence to planting a flower bed. The concern is from both an aesthetic and engineering standpoint. These request should be sent to: ProComm, attention: Jay Herrige, Phone:210-545-1888, Fax:210-545-1940, e-mail: Procomm@juno.com After review acceptance or denial will be forwarded by letter.

Receation/Social Committee will be responsible for handling any neighborhood activities, such as garage sales, yard of the month, Christmas decoration awards, block parties, and the proposed neighborhood park. Any ideas or suggestions in this area would be greatly appreciated. The proposed neighborhood park will be located at the site where Kaufman and Broad is currently storing their constuction equipment.

The safety committee discussed the location of street lights, stop signs and the formation of a neighborhood watch. Also discussed was making available parking stickers for residentail vehicles.

The newsletter committee discussed items for the first issue, as well as distribution of the same. The newsletter will also be available on our website: www.neighborhoodlink.com/sat/kenton place

If you are interested in joining any of these committees, please contact the committee chairperson. Your input is needed and your help would be appretiated!

If there is anything you would like to include in our next newsletter, please contact Idella. Remember, this is our neighborhood, and we need to work together to make it a good one.
