Hello all,
Well my husband and I just bought a house at Vista Montana Estates. We moved to a Gated Community and are willing to pay an HOA because it we thought it would bring security and peace of mind. Unfortunately, we were mistaken.
This morning we woke up to our son's car being vandalized. Someone in our secure community, spray painted every side of his car. He cannot drive it, because they spray painted his windshield too.
I am outraged that a community that is gated, has neighborhood watch and is supposed to be secure, has completely let us down within the first 2 weeks of living there!!!
What a disappointment. I could have bought a house on 5th and Swan if I wanted to be a victim of vandalism.
