The Vistas at Stone Oak

Good morning! I currently live in Colorado. I'm thinking of relocating to San Antonio. I'll be flying down end of August to look at houses. I noticed there are 4 houses for sale (one pending) in this community - one in particular is my favorite. Do you recommend living here? If so, why? If not, why? Any insight, information, opinions are appreciated.
