Convenants & Policies

Enforcement & Fining Policy

The WVHOA Executive Board and Antares Property Services would like to remind homeowners to abide by the Covenants, Rules and Regulations for the Westwood Village Homeowners Association. If you are unsure about these regulations, please feel free to contact Antares for clarification.
The enforcement policy is as follows:

1. 1st offense Written warning with required timeframe to correct the situation.
2. 2nd offense Written notification that situation is not corrected and $25.00 fine.
3. 3rd offense Written notification that situation is not corrected and $50.00 fine.
4. 4th offense Written notification that situation is not corrected and $100.00 fine

Fines will continue to accrue until the situation is corrected. All fines are the responsibility of the property owner.

Pet Policy

1. All pets are to be contained within your property.
2. Pets that are on the grounds must be accompanied by the owner, and they must be on a leash and not allowed to run or roam without your presence at all times.
3. You are responsible for picking up after your dogs droppings immediately. Droppings are to be disposed of within your personal trash receptacle.
4. Dogs are not allowed to be a nuisance to your neighbors, i.e. barking when you are at home or away.
5. 1st offense $25.00
   2nd & succeeding offenses $50.00

All assessments are due and payable within the following 30 days and are considered a part of the regular dues assessment, and are subject to late charges and other action as required.

Note: If your pet causes damage to sod or shrubs, you will be billed for the cost to repair the damage or for the replacement of the sod or shrubs. The owner of the pet and the owner of the unit, together or separately, may ask for a hearing before the board at its next regularly scheduled meeting by calling Antares Property Services and asking to be put on the agenda.
