3.1.1. Holiday Open House- The group discussed the cost of mailing invitations for an open house, but conceded that the cost of $180 to use NetPost mailing online was too expensive.
3.2. Vice President?’s Report- no report
3.3. Treasurer?’s Report- Allison proposed two donations and those present voted and approved the following:
3.3.1. Hartley House- $200.
3.3.2. St. Clements- $250.
[With input from Christina Boers, Vice President, who was absent from the meeting, we reduced the contribution to St. Clements to $150 and gave $100 to Citymeals-on-Wheels]
