During the recent February 12, 2006 snowstorm, our property on 9518 Orbitan Court was used from everything from sledding to snowboarding! We have no children. I have put in numerous gardens and outdoor lighting around our house which were damaged by neighboring children using our property. What obligation do my neighbors have in replacing/reparing the damage to my gardens and lighting? Isn't it reasonable to ask homeowners and their children to respect another's property and get the permission of the homeowner to use their property for these activities?
