The resident at 7311 New Norton Ave is a terrible eye sore. My neighbor has found a dead rat in her back yard the other day. What in the hell does someone have to do to get some help with this matter. After thsi message I will contact city call, mayor, operation brightside and other area's of concern. Being that our president of our area does not care. If you can't handle the job, please pass it along to someone who will. Why do we have to live like scum becaues no one cares?????
